Аналіз операційних ризиків на суднах з використанням штучного інтелекту

Анотація

Згідно існуючих вимог кожна операція на судні повинна бути оцінена з точки зору виникнення можливих ризиків перед її початком. Це стосується і таких рутинних операцій, як швартування судна. При проведенні таких операцій дуже виникає можливість формального підходу до оцінки ризиків. Також ця процедура має істотний вплив з боку людського елементу. Для запобігання цьому може використовуватися запропонована раніше концепція кругової оцінки ризиків, що дає можливість врахувати можливі ризики усіх учасників операції, а не тільки одного з них, як це робиться зазвичай. Для більш детальної оцінки ризиків використовується аналіз суднових документів і кваліфікаційних документів моряків, а це, в свою чергу, можна пришвидшити і зробити більш якісно з допомогою технологій блокчейн, які вже успішно застосовуються у морській логістиці контейнерними лініями. Вартість розробки і складність системи компенсується усуненням можливих помилок і фальсифікацій, а також пришвидшенням всієї процедури та її більш точними результатами.

According to existing requirements, each operation on a vessel must be assessed from the point of view of the occurrence of possible risks before it begins. This also applies to such routine operations as mooring a vessel. When conducting such operations, there is a great opportunity for a formal approach to risk assessment. This procedure also has a significant impact on the human element. To prevent this, the previously proposed concept of circular risk assessment can be used, which makes it possible to take into account the possible risks of all participants in the operation, and not just one of them, as is usually done. For a more detailed risk assessment, an analysis of ship documents and seafarers' qualification documents is used, and this, in turn, can be accelerated and made more qualitatively using blockchain technologies, which are already successfully used in maritime logistics by container lines. The cost of development and complexity of the system is compensated by the elimination of possible errors and falsifications, as well as by accelerating the entire procedure and its more accurate results.
