General questions:

equality and a unified approach on all issues to all authors and languages ​​used;

informing the authors of the decisions made on the article and reviewing the content of the received reviews;

giving authors the opportunity to make changes to the article;

control over adherence to editorial ethics is carried out by the editorial board of the collection;

the editorial board of the collection takes measures to ensure the high quality of articles published;

The editorial board of the collection takes all possible steps to eliminate cases of plagiarism or to use materially perverted data in articles.

Posts:

all manuscripts received in the editorial board are checked for plagiarism and correctness of the used data;

articles that have previously been published in other scientific publications are not published.

Ethical responsibilities of the authors:

be responsible for the content of the article;

cite publications that had a decisive influence on the substance of the article;

to prevent plagiarism and reprinting of materials of previously published articles in the work submitted for publication;

inclusion of co-authors in the article only persons who have made a significant scientific contribution to the submitted work and share responsibility for the obtained results;

ensure the correctness and authenticity of all information in the article.

Reviewing:

the editorial office requires reviewers to have an objective judgment on the articles they review;

the editorial staff organizes the review process in such a way as to prevent the reviewer's interest in the article and its authors.

Powers and duties of the editorial board:

the editorial board has the right to reject or accept the manuscript on the basis of the received review;

the editorial board avoids situations where there is a potential conflict of interest in the manuscripts under consideration.
